Presented at: Fantasmi del ‘900, a cura di Eleonora Fiorana, Milano (IT), 2018;
Undergrounds involves the presence of two twins in particularly crowded urban spaces.
The performers are also encouraged to engage with the reading of Philip K. Dick’s lesser-known novel, Confessions of a Crap Artist (1976). The interference between space and time, represented by the dual encounter of the same figure, imposes itself on passersby as an inescapable event, a moment of reflection triggered amid the everyday bustle. The performance was first realized in the Pasteur metro station in Milan, in collaboration with Isida and Lumiana Kocibelli.
